Valor’s mission is to educate the whole person for authentic freedom and a full human life. Position Overview

• Develop, implement, and update IEPs (Individual Education Programs) for students 
• Adapt lessons to particular student needs and assess their ongoing development
• Teach students individually or in small groups according to need for growth
• Clear communication with school leaders, teachers, and families about individual student's progress and ways to assist student growth
• Other roles and duties as assigned
